Domestic Shipments: Most USA orders are shipped via USPS and the tracking number is provided. USPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO Box) within the United States. The flat shipping charge will be applied according to the order amount.

International Orders: Most international orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Global Express Mail and the tracking number is provided. The estimated shipping cost will be charged when orders are placed and it will be adjusted when the shipments are ready to ship.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please send email to info@celestesroom.com within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any item viewed as worn, showing dirt, original tags removed or removed from the original packaging. Unauthorized returns may be shipped back to the customers. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
