Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please send email to info@celestesroom.com within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any item viewed as worn, showing dirt, original tags removed or removed from the original packaging. Unauthorized returns may be shipped back to the customers. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
